Oklahoma Mobility Week 2025

Celebrating Access, Connection, and Community

November 2- November 8, 2025

Oklahoma Mobility Week is a united campaign led by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), the statewide Mobility Management Programs, and dedicated partner agencies. Together, we are raising awareness about safe, accessible, and inclusive transportation options that connect communities across Oklahoma.

This initiative is part of a larger movement celebrated not only in Kansas and Florida, but also across Europe, spotlighting how transportation choices impact quality of life, economic opportunity, and independence for all.

What is Mobility Week?

Mobility Week is a time to spotlight the vital role that mobility and transportation play in our lives—whether it’s getting to work, accessing healthcare, attending school, or staying connected with community.

Through events, education, and engagement, we aim to:

  • Promote safe, reliable, and inclusive transportation options
  • Highlight mobility resources across urban and rural Oklahoma
  • Encourage cross-sector collaboration and community involvement
  • Celebrate the work of mobility managers and transportation professionals

Who Can Participate?

Who can participate:

  • All transportation providers (public transit, tribal, 5310, non-profit human service providers, NEMT providers, etc.)
  • State agencies, local organizations, and businesses
  • Advocates for transportation and mobility
  • Anyone and everyone

Help us spread the word! Use the hashtag #MobilityWeekOK on social media and tag your local mobility manager or public transportation agency.

Why Does it Matter?

Mobility is more than movement—it’s about freedom, equity, and opportunity. Whether you ride, drive, walk, or roll, Mobility Week is a reminder that transportation systems should work for everyone, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, veterans, rural residents, and underserved communities.

Together, we can build a stronger, more connected Oklahoma.
